I Am Kindness
Is it possible that the 2nd week of this month is more beautiful than the first!!!??? Wow, wow here in the northeast we are having stunning weather and I have been enjoying it from sunrise to sunset. This week I want to start off where we left off last week by asking ourselves these questions in reference to our intention: I Am Kindness.
What does this bring up for you? A situation, place or person you are entering or in that needs kindness? Or do you need to exhibit kindness to yourself? How would this look? What would you be doing, what would you be saying to others? To yourself?
Last week I asked us to use the week for self reflection and kindness and see where it would take us. For this week, I would like us to focus on kindness to ourselves - in our actions, or thoughts and how we speak to ourselves. What can you do this week to exhibit kindness to yourself?
I am going to keep repeating to myself : I am Kindness and take the time to connect with me every day. I would like to slow down and sit on the beach, do some yoga on my deck, read, sauna and hang with Hurley at sunrise and sunset. Our Calm Crew time together and our studies can provide a beautiful framework for ourselves to connect and be kind.
